Instead of just building a model or dashboard, we built infrastructure that can serve multiple clients reliably. Designed a scalable, agent driven platform to simulate real world PaaS for small to medium FinTech companies. The system goes beyond predicting sales; it provides autonomous, strategy driven insights for clients. Agentic Architecture: Decoupled system into containerized services for isolation and resilience. Conductor Agent: Orchestrates pipelines using Dagster. Prediction Agent: Performs heavy computation in isolation. Optimizer Agent: Cleans data and suggests strategies autonomously. Dockerized Pipelines: Ensures client-specific scalability, privacy, and elasticity. Autonomous Strategy Generation: Example: Discount Strategy Pipeline analyzes past sales elasticity to recommend actionable pricing decisions, not just forecasts.
